Dior Vintage Leather Saddle

This Vintage 2001 Dior Saddle Bag is crafted in stunning red grained calfskin leather.  A renowned original design from Dior, this handbag boasts a recognizable saddle shape and signature C & D brass hardware.   

First introduced in the Spring 2000 collection under John Galliano, the Saddle bag is a house icon of Dior.  Shortly after release it appeared on Sex and the City, and continued to soar in popularity, showing up in many collectible design variations on celebrities & fashion icons.  The original was discontinued in 2007, but the shape was re-introduced in 2018 under Maria Grazia Chiuri.
